Shivani – Hindu housewife – victim of Islamic, police persecution

Tortured Hindu lady in critical condition in hospital

Summary: Mrs. Shivani Sanpui, submissive Hindu housewife living in village: Tentultala, P.S. Basanti, District: 24 Paraganas (South) has been repressed by Muslim radicals severely. When she along with her husband went to the local police station, they were not snubbed there outright only but the Muslim police sub-inspector also tortured her severely for daring to protest against Islamists.

Shivani is not a single individual but does represent tens of thousands of Hindu women, becoming victims to lust of Muslim radicals more and more.

No human rights organization has turned up yet to defend her and fight against Islamic, police injustices yet.

Bangladesh is Doomed

Situation in Bangladesh is becoming worse from bad with each day it passes and owing to vulnerability of reigning Awami League-government there (owing to an assortment of factors – both internal and external), clamor of Islamists is being heard more and more.

Not the fate of minority communities like Hindu is in dark there only but the destiny of Bangladesh altogether is doomed also.

At this hour, it is important to remember Sir Frederick John Burrows, last British Governor of undivided Bengal who stated, “The whole of East Pakistan without Calcutta will be a rural slum.”

The contemporary developments in Bangladesh evidence how true he was.

Hindus Demand Unconditional Release of Tapan Ghosh

Let all realize valiant Hindu struggles

A time comes when remaining idle is not considered as cowardice only but a betrayal to the greater causes, especially when the existence of particular community is at stake.

The rejections of bail pleas of Tapan Ghosh, president – Hindu Samhati, following his unethical arrest on March 14, 2013, on flimsy grounds make the presence of a brutal gambit (under the aegis of administration) behind it apparent. On every day, fragile causes to cancel the petitions are brought to the fore and that the main intention behind the scene is to delay his detention as far as possible gets evident.

The situation, at the moment in Bengal, is such when law-abiding Hindu citizens are being denounced day in and day out and if they proceed to the highest form of judiciary for justice, they are mocked. Continuing sufferings of Tapan Ghosh happens to be the greatest exemplar at this hour; hence, the fate of common Hindus and also their future in Bengal can be deciphered readily.

We, Hindus in Bengal, are in a time when the satanic clique at the helm of affairs in the state is hell-bent to destroy us. And the judiciary remains a brilliant option for them to go on with their devilish agenda.

It’s, therefore, the correct time to PROTEST and launch a vigorous people’s struggle to secure justice.

It’s a TIME when the battle ought to happen in streets as the hope on judiciary for a free and fair justice is declining steadily.

Unless we triumph in this deadly struggle, not the hope of releasing Hindu Samhati president will end only but with the eclipse of last citadel of Hindu Struggle in Bengal the Hindu basis will come to an end also.

It’s your day to PROTEST, your solemn duty to make the state government realize that Hindus and their struggles have no end; each repression on them strengthens their resolve only to have justice, no matter what.

WAKE UP Hindus from your age-old slumber as only a Hindu can save another Hindu in this cosmos.

100 crores of Hindus must raise their 200 crores of hands to stop this Curse of Oppression.

Make March 30, 2013 Protest a Historic Success.

"When the People Fear their Government, there is Tyranny.” "When Injustice becomes Law, Resistance becomes Duty."

Can Bengal take on this new Islamic fundamentalism?

Successive rejections of bail pleas of Tapan Ghosh, president – Hindu Samhati, stemming from a heinous gambit (outright political) to contain the insubordinate Hindu views (on the rise) have made the administration and secular political forum (cutting across political lines) elated but we, commoners in the Indian state of Bengal, find a grave danger in it.

Administration, hell-bent to subdue Hindus, is neglecting the state’s security badly and with each day it passes, every development imperils the same saga.

The Shahbag struggle in the realm of Bangladesh has led to a political crisis in that country, unparalleled in every capacity. The reigning mindset of populace and Bangladesh government have made Islamists there panic-stricken and the fright that Jamaat-e-Islami may be outlawed have left only option before them – to intrude on the land of India, find out a safe haven there with the help of local Islamists and remain here till everything in Bangladesh gets normal.

As per fresh reports that are coming in, the same mindset governs both rank and file and leadership of Jamaat in Bangladesh and accordingly, there has been a surge in illegal migration of Muslims from Bangladesh to India.

A few officials of present Bengal government (on condition of anonymity) have affirmed the reports and according to them, a large number of Jamaat leaders from Bangladesh have found safe haven in and around the metropolis of Kolkata. A chunk of Jamaat rank and file is located in the bordering districts of Murshidabad and Malda.

One of these distinguished leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami, Bangladesh happens to be Sahadat Hussain, s/o late Makbul Hussain, inhabitant of village: Mulagarh, P.S. Fakirhat, District: Bagerhat. He entered India, with the help of local accomplices, of late.

Who are these local accomplices? There is no end to it simply as the support to anti-Shahbag struggle, led by Jamaal-e-Islami, is rising steadily among Muslim radicals in this part of border. The majority of Muslims in Bengal, if not more, is against the language of progressiveness and secularism, regarded as the best and greatest fallout of Shahbag movement, in an Islamic state.

Even if this report has been quashed by mainstream media in Bengal, on February 28, 2013, soon after the announcement of death penalty to Delwar Hossain Sayeedi by International Crimes Tribunal for crimes against humanity in Dhaka, Islamists assembled in Deganga market, scene of Hindu persecution in 2010, blocked the main road off for almost an hour in protest and also burnt an effigy of Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of Bangladesh. Later, police went there and cleared the main road.

Can the Bengal administration, complacent enough to cancel bail pleas of Tapan Ghosh repeatedly, save the state from this surge in Islamic fundamentalism? Chances of its failure in this context are getting apparent ever more.

Tapan Ghosh : The Message From Prison for Hindu Samhati Activists and Supporters

"One Tapan Ghosh in jail does not hinder our organization or our movement. Tens of Thousands of Tapans will be born in this holy land of Bengal to support the Indian Motherland."....Tapan Ghosh

(loosely translated from Bengali)

When we met Tapanda in jail custody he conveyed a clear message to us. he instructed to carry on the long expedition to comply with the interests of the innocent Hindus. He is in jail custody allegedly with connection with the Jalaberia case, but he has been thrashed with false case to suppress his voice for Hindus. Tapanda has a vision for Hindus for future, thus when we came in touch with him, he wanted us to work being independent and except the help of him. He wanted to see all Hindu Samhati workers to be steady and determined with their firm vision and focus for upcoming hard times.

The Message:

My Dear Hindu Sister and Brothers:

We are not alone today, hundred of thousands of supporters and patrons are with us, they want Hindu Samhati to move more forward and do take the necessary steps which compensates the common interests of general Hindus and secure the interests of tortured innocent Hindus.

Everywhere we can see violations of fundamental rights and violent attacks upon Hindus by Muslim jehadi power to dominate and drive them in a filthy way as they want. We have to secure our entity  and our “Dharma” being a integral part of the civilized society against the tyrannical barbaric shrewd evil power.

Hindu Samhati understands the facts and current situation of the unholy bullying atrocities and will surely stick to the firm path to maintain the balance. A true patriot must always be ready to defend his country and country men against its corrupt and rotten politicians and evil powers. Today, we can see, dirty vote bank politics and corrupted wolves have ruined our Nation. It starts from our society and “Dharma” to regain the glorious phase of it and attain a co-existing equilibrium of different sects in a mixed culture orientation of society. Thus we are seriously and steadily involved in these works, we secure our “Dharma”.

Hindu Samhati will never quit its ideological aspects and the holy paths contrary to others. We start it from the very grass root level, for the common Hindu people. Hindu Samhati’s youthful young activists are always enthusiastic and self-driven to do these, we must be self-motivated. All of you have to find your own path to build this golden organization, to be self dependent and setup its own identity and carry on the noble task we started. This is the high time to put all our efforts in Hindu Samhati and prove ourselves. Whether I am in jail or absent for a prolonged time, you must carry on the holy tasks and retain the atmosphere of combined Hindutwa in Bengal.

Analytic steps will put us forward and this is not the time to be easily scrambled by enemies of mankind, rather this is the acid test we are ready to go through as we comprehend the current hostile condition. A thoughtful philosophy, of sacrifice our small, tiny and trivial interests for the greater interests and cause will drive us away, Please do the needful, this is our call of duty and we are rather ready to devote us, being committed to our Dharma.

Last, but not least, please remember, one Tapan Ghosh in jail does not hinder our organization or our movement. Tens of Thousands of Tapans will be born in this holy land of Bengal to support the Indian Motherland.

Hindu outfit leader held again

TAPAN Ghosh, leader of a Hindu outfit, Hindu Samhati, was arrested again on late Saturday evening moments after he was released on bail in connection with an incident of violent protests in South 24-Parganas on February 20. Supporter of the outfit had held a road blockade at Kultali to protest the violence at Canning on February 18. During the agitation, his supporters had attacked the police and few police personnel were injured.

Police had lodged a FIR against 37 persons, including Ghosh, and arrested 23 people.

On Friday, he was granted bail by the District Judge court at Alipore, and on Saturday evening as he was about to be released, police arrested him again in connection with an incident that took place at Gopalnagar in North 24-Parganas on October 27,2012 when his supporters allegedly attacked police during a protest roadblock.

He has now been lodged at Alipore jail.

Islamization of Indian Judiciary

Dashing hopes of founding fathers of Constitution of India to create a sovereign, secular, democratic republic in truest sense, UPA Government, craving wholehearted Muslim support for its continuance, is all set to launch special courts for Muslims youths (in particular) accused of an assortment of offences, this includes terror-related charges as well. The news was confirmed by none other than Mr. K Rahman Khan, Hon’ble Minister for Minority Affairs, in New Delhi recently.

According to the Minister, his ministry all alone had solicited the Union Home Ministry in February 2013 of "cases against Muslim youth who have been arrested should be reviewed. We had also specified that special courts should be made for them".

He also said, "The home minister has replied on Saturday saying that his ministry strongly supports the proposal for special courts for the expeditious trial of these Muslim youth. The home minister has promised that special courts will soon be made to hear cases against them." What is more, it has been learnt that the Union Home Ministry "knows keeping innocents (Muslims) in custody is a serious offence. The government is committed to take strong action against officers found responsible in all such cases and will ensure that such incidents do happen."

It is worthwhile to mention, UPA Ministry has already expended Rs.1,249.57 crore to support education of over 67 lakh minority students and under the "Leadership Development of Minority Women", at least 36,950 women have been trained in 12 states at an expense of Rs.10.45 crore in 2013.

There is simply no dearth in placating Islamists across the country and now, the commencement of new special courts to handle crime-related cases of Muslim youths will not add salt to the gaping wound only but will enhance religious bifurcation altogether also.

There are also grave chances that these special courts may (on purpose) lessen the crimes of such youths and release them eventually to ruin the country once and for all.

Politics in India is in abject crisis as partisanship instead of nationalism rules the roost.

Nehru desired to Surrender Hyderabad to Jinnah in 1948

Summary: It’s no secret any more that Nehru’s allegiance to India during the freedom struggle was not dubious but detrimental; he not only tried to exploit the nationwide emotion for his own footing but tried to be complacent at each time through ceding Hindu interest to Islamists also.

His nefarious activity came forth once more during the Hyderabad crisis in 1948 when he tried to thwart each and every approach made by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to free the very state from the clutches of Nizam and to retain it within the Union of India.

Tapan Ghosh Re-Arrested

Blame the Person Before You Shoot!

Granting bail to Tapan Ghosh, president – Hindu Samhati, arrested on March 14, 2013, by Hon’ble Dist. & Session Judge in the Judges Court in Alipore, on March 22, 2013, made Hindus buoyant that his final release (accordingly) on March 23, 2013 (today itself) would add a new chapter to the glorious and valiant Hindu struggle.

But dashing all such hopes the last citadel of Hindu struggle in Bengal has been put behind bars once more and according to fresh reports that are coming in, Tapan da has been sent to jail custody again in relation to Case No. 410/12 of P.S. Gopalnagar. He is confined at Alipore Central Jail at the moment.

What makes the administration change its earlier decision so swiftly? Are these entire nothing save political gambits to curb Hindus and break their morale as far as possible?  Both issues, if appraised under contemporary developments, seem to be more than perfect. Bengal, in a few words, is both in doldrums and bedlam, thanks to a rudderless political clique at the helm of affairs now and also its mounting pro-Islamist policies. Never before such a pandemonium was witnessed in the state (considering the ruthless ‘70s even) and all these have led to a political blankness that can be filled up by competent force only.

Hindu Samhati, voicing Hindu anguishes in Bengal so ardently, has become the prime target of the administration and its bosses (both within and outside the country) hence and to diminish its fervent struggle once and for all, cases, in succession, are being leveled against Hindu Samhati and its president.

The case of Jalaberia for which Sections 147/148/149/332/333/353/427/152/153/109/186/507/186/307 I.P.C. & 4 E.S. Act and 3 & 4 P.D.P.P. Act (Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984) were imposed on 37 Hindus including Tapan Ghosh leading to his unethical arrest was tenuous from the very beginning and this has been stated time and again in this official website of Hindu Samhati.

Nevertheless, giving in to furious Hindu protests and mass movement, the administration bailed Tapan Ghosh out on March 22, 2013 and also proclaimed that the final release would be on March 23, 2013.

But owing to the hell-bent desire to contain a leonine leader like Tapan da, the new case has been brought forth – a case which is more unsubstantiated than the earlier one.

Case No. 410/12 of P.S. Gopalnagar relates to the incident on October 27, 2012, at village: Magurkhali, Subdivision: Bangaon, District: 24 Paraganas (North). On the very day of Bakra Eid, Hindus there had protested en masse against the ploy of cow slaughter and got enraged to see that Officer-in-Charge – P.S. Gopalnagar led such a slaughtering. The quarrel between Hindus and police led to a vehement face-off and the Hindu valiance there overwhelmed police completely.  The situation was calmed but Hindus remained steadfast in demanding arrests of four Islamists and stringent punishment of O.C. – P.S. Gopalnagar, responsible for slaughtering cow.

Even if local M.P., M.L.A. and SDPO assured Hindus of justice, nothing has happened yet.

Astonishingly, 4 Hindu youths, alleged as troublemakers in the very incident, have never been harassed or even interrogated by police thus far.

And in spite of all these, Tapan Ghosh has been convicted in the same case and Sections 147/148/149/325 along with other non-bailable sections have been charged against him.

This is a sheer State Repression and no matter what, Hindu Samhati can’t be subdued, let alone destructed by its strength.

Hindu Samhati regularly monitors and reports violations against Hindus in West Bengal. We also work with both governmental and NGO agencies for proper education on protection and ensure remedies to the Hindu populace as per prevailing law of the land.

Buddhist-Muslim riot runs amok in Myanmar

Summary: Riot between Buddhists and Muslims is set to devastate Myanmar once more and like the earlier occasions, at this time too, Buddhists refuse to give in to Islamists.

No matter what the intensity of violence is, it’s getting clear that animosity between Muslims and others is on the rise across the globe. Peaceful Buddhists, outraged by series of onslaughts led by Muslim radicals and backed by global Jehadi network, have turned out to be warriors.

No Mercy to Hindu Protesters in Bengal

Even if the most ardent follower of Tapan Ghosh, president – Hindu Samhati, considered his arrest on March 14, 2013 as part of a routine exercise of Bengal administration to harass Hindu Samhati for a few days only, skepticism also reigned supremely as the arrest was on a flimsy ground and the administration’s insensate posture added fuel to it. Now, the worst apprehensions are coming to be true – Tapan da was arrested to curb his growing influence on Hindus across the state and thus to minify the confidence of Hindus in Bengal on Hindu Samhati, considered as their sole representative these days.

The question remains whether administration in Bengal is following the same maneuver to curb influences of others, especially Islamists, too. And the answer, contrary to expectations of citizens of Bengal, is no.

While Hindu persecutions by Muslim radicals are on the rise, their participation in felonious jobs (of all types) across the state is also rising highly. But the state administration, to sum up, remains reluctant to this episode, let alone taking them into custody.

The village of Naliakhali, P.S. Canning, District: 24 Paraganas (South) witnessed worst Hindu persecution on February 19, 2013 following the murder of Moulavi Rohul Kuddus, on February 18, 2013. While more than 200 houses of Hindus were burnt down before police (as per villagers of Naliakhali), Muslim radicals thrashed them heavily too.

The anti-Hindu offensive reached Jalaberia, located under the jurisdiction of P.S. Kultali, District: 24 Paraganas (South), on February 19, 2013. Islamists commenced oppression through targeting a few (a team comprising 60 Hindu women, virtually) Hindu women going to Narugopal temple at Tulsighata to attend religious services. 16 Hindu laborers, working in brickkilns, were abducted on next day (February 20, 2013) to teach Hindus a lesson.

But the bid to kidnap two Islamists by Hindus, as part of their defence and thus to settle early release of Hindu laborers, was viewed as grave offence by administration. Two Muslims were recovered soon whereas apathy to get back 16 Hindus was retained.

Sections 147/148/149/332/333/353/427/152/153/109/186/507/186/307 I.P.C. & 4 E.S. Act and 3 & 4 P.D.P.P. Act (Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984) were imposed on 37 Hindus including Tapan Ghosh leading to his unethical arrest.

Even if a few Islamists have been arrested owing to pressures created by several nationalist groups, it seems governance is unwilling to carry on the case against them evidencing its capitulation to Muslim radicals once more.

A set of relevant questions, regarding the anti-Hindu assault in Naliakhali, is submitted to the Bengal Government.

1)      What was the role of police and administration to stop the carnage?
2)      Did police fire any tear gas or gun shot to stop the rampaging mob?
3)      Did police start lathi charge to stop the mayhem?
4)      Did the state or district administration have knowledge of movement of truckloads of people from various other regions into the troubled area?
5)      Did the administration take any measure/s to stop the outsiders to enter the area?
6)      Has Govt. started any inquiry to unearth the larger conspiracy, if any, behind this mayhem?
7)      If yes, will Govt. publish the result of that Enquiry?

It is definite that there shall be no answer ever; laws in Bengal are not universal any longer.

Same laws, depending on religious identities, are being implemented between Hindus and Muslims differently and the pro-Islamist state government is striving to make it a greater success.

Hindus, if they dare to protest against injustice, will be taken into custody and may have to languish there for months – this is the bottom-line.

Fresh Muslim-Buddhist Row in Myanmar

Summary: Whether it’s India or Myanmar; whether it’s Hindus or Buddhists, Muslims can’t live anywhere or with anyone peacefully and the new Muslim-Buddhist conflict in Myanmar establishes this notion once more.

Whether it’s a petty row over pin or elephant, the Muslim mind believes that victory must be with them finally and any exception to it infuriates them leading to a bloody conflict with others.

The Muslim mind has not changed yet and there is little hope that it will change ever. And till that surprising development takes place, battles of Muslims against others will go on.

Bengal – open land for Bangladeshi Muslim criminals

Illegal Bangladeshi Muslim immigrants, complacent with the surrender of Bengal government to Muslim radicals, remained as accomplices to crimes conducted by resident Islamists till the other day. But time is changing fast and they, being stimulated by successive Muslim appeasements, are no longer ready to remain as docile. They, all alone, are carrying out all felonious jobs now and their target – as always – remains same – the Hindus.

Amal Mazumdar (age 28), young Hindu individual inhabiting Bagha Jatin Para at Shantipur, District: Nadia, works under a contractor at Srirampur and got acquainted with Soleman Mistry, a Muslim youth from neighboring Bangladesh, a few months back. According to sources, Amal owed Rs. 10, 000 to Soleman but due to unavoidable reasons was failing to repay the loan repeatedly. As per Pinki Mazaumdar, Amal’s wife, Soleman was threatening Amal with dire consequences through telephone for weeks.

Soleman, at last, along with a few local Islamists planned to abduct Amal on March 16, 2013 when he was set to go to Pune by train from Howrah station for official purpose. Amal was abducted by Soleman and his accomplices like Ghulam Hussain, Saddam Hussain, Sheikh Jalil, Sheikh Kaosar and Sheikh Giyasuddin. A ransom of Rs. 2 lakhs (through telephone) was demanded from his wife.

Pinki Mazumdar had informed P.S. Shantipur of the incident but she was snubbed there. Finding no other option, the hapless wife, collecting an amount of Rs. 25, 000, went to P.S. Srirampur with her relative on March 18, 2013. She lodged a report of abduction there and after a daring operation, headed by I.C. Tathagata Pandey of P.S. Srirampur, Amal was recovered from residence of Soleman at Bangihati in Srirampur.

Soleman has been sent to police custody for 3 days while others have been sent to jail custody of 14 days by Ratan Das, ACJM – Srirampur.

Has Bengal become an open territory for Bangladeshi Muslim criminals to inhabit and also function?

Does the Bengal government cease to exist?

Canning violence: HC asks state for status report within 4 weeks

The Calcutta High Court on Thursday directed the state government to file a report within four weeks on the violence which broke out in Canning, South 24-Parganas last month.

A Public Interest Litigation was filed alleging that about 2,000 people were rendered homeless and were passing the days in several schools after the incident. As many as 126 houses and 22 shops were gutted during the violence. The state government did not take any effective steps to rehabilitate them, it alleged, praying to the high court to direct the state to pay compensation to the victim families.

Hindus persecuted in Bangladesh and Bengal simultaneously

Summary: Whatever may be the clamor of secular forces and their hope of emergence of a new Bangladesh, brushing aside all decade-old agonies and finally hailing the noble spirit of secularism, Hindus, across the country, have become sole victims of the Shahbag movement. And except mere words there is none to wipe out their tears, compensate their losses and instill confidence in them that Bangladesh does belong to Hindus as well.

The situation in the Indian state of Bengal is no different and the onslaught of Muslim radicals in village: Naliakhali, P.S. Canning of late happens to be the best evidence.

The saga of Islamic assault spread far and wide engulfing the whole of Jalaberia, P.S. Kultali, District: 24 Paraganas (South) from February 18, 2013; however the Hindu defence to it became too unbearable for the police and administration leading to the unethical arrest of Tapan Ghosh, president – Hindu Samhati, on March 14, 2013.

Hindus find no difference between Bangladesh and Bengal.

Bengal Panchayat elections: Crackdown on Hindu rights crusader

By Sandhya Jain

The West Bengal Panchayat elections, slated to be held in April or May this year, seem to have unleashed a fresh round of minority appeasement, with the sudden arrest of Hindu rights crusader Tapan Ghosh on March 14. The event appears to be a follow-up of last month’s violence against the Hindu community in South 24 Parganas, in which 200 Hindu homes were destroyed across four villages, the temple burnt, and several shops gutted, after a maulvi was robbed and murdered on the adjacent highway by unknown persons on February 19.

The attack on innocent Hindus was premeditated as assailants armed with petrol bombs and arms descended in trucks from distant Kolkata suburbs; no arrests have been made till date. Instead, the State managed a complete media blackout of the violence; showered Rs. 3 lakh compensation on the murdered man’s family, and doled out a mere Rs. 10,000/- each for the gutted Hindu homesteads.

Ghosh, who vigilantly monitors atrocities against Hindus all over the State, brought the violence to the notice of the outside world, but the National Human Rights Commission did take cognizance of the incident.

As the violence spread, it engulfed Jalaberia, where 16 Hindu labourers were abducted by radical Islamists on February 20, 2013. Ghosh has now been charged in connection with this episode, though he was clearly in Kolkata at the time, putting out the news, and even appeared on a local television channel.

Non-bailable charges were slapped against him and when produced at the Bankshall Court, he was denied bail. The next day, he was produced at Baruipur court with jurisdiction over the Kultali police station, and again denied bail. The same day, his key deputy, Bikarna Naskar, was abducted by three men outside Ghosh’s home; after initially feigning ignorance about the identity of the men, the ASP, South 24 Parganas, reportedly admitted that his men had ‘picked up’ Naskar. No reasons were given for this action, though Naskar was later released.

The FIR in the Jalaberia case names Tapan Ghosh as chief instigator, though it is obvious that Hindus were the main victims of the episode. After the violence in Naliakhali village, the anger of the radicals spread and reached Jalaberia (PS Kultali, South 24 Parganas).

On the morning of February 19, 2013, an unsuspecting group of 60 Hindu women from Jalaberia took six vans for the Narugopal temple at Tulsighata, but were prevented at Kultali by radicals who attacked the vehicles, harassed the women and tried to kidnap a 25-year-old young man accompanying the women. He was saved due to the pleas of the women who returned to Jalaberia immediately.

Next morning, February 20, 16 Hindu brick kiln workers were abducted by radicals in Kultali. Irate Hindus blocked the main road in Jalaberia and took two Muslims hostage, to negotiate the release of the labourers.

Police, however, demanded that the Hindus release the men in their custody. A contingent of RAF rescued the two men, leading to violence and police firing. The 16 Hindu labourers were later released on February 21.

Cases were registered against 37 Hindus including Tapan Ghosh under sections 147/148/149/332/333/353/427/152/153/109/186/507/186/307 IPC & 4 ES Act and 3 & 4 PDPP Act (Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984). It is in connection with these cases that Tapan Ghosh has now been arrested.

Ghosh’s supporters say he was arrested to scuttle plans to gherao and submit a memorandum to the Joynagar PS on March 25, 2013. He had visited the South 24 Parganas police superintendent on March 13 to inform him about the programme.

Tapan Ghosh thereafter anticipated his arrest, and prior to being apprehended on the morning of March 14, issued a statement saying, “I am going to get arrested for protesting in the most recent Jalaberia incident. In the Jalaberia Hindu-Torture Case (after Naliakhali, Canning recent incidents), Police tried to break the power of Hindus, and thus Hindus protested and resisted to protect their lives and property, Police-Muslim nexus is visibly evident.

Now, I am at home, and the police has arrived to vindictively arrest me to suppress the raised Hindu voices by HINDU SAMHATI. I do not know if I will be granted bail or, not! How many days I have to be behind bars, let us see! Until I get bail and return, keep the HINDU SAMHATI work and support going on. I wish my all active workers, volunteers, and supporters for giving the best effort to save Hindus. Bande Mataram.”

Samhati activists claim that three police stations are particularly harsh and biased towards Bengali Hindus of the area, viz, Joynagar, Raidighi and Diamond Harbour. Hence they had planned to agitate against these police stations. Radical Islamists in the State and their sympathisers within the administration are keen to defeat the Samhati’s work; already in many parts of the State the condition of Hindus is similar to or worse than that of Hindus in Bangladesh.

As news of the arrest spread among the people, spontaneous protests broke out with people holding street corner meetings, street marches, and even Rasta Rokos in protest. For several hours, there was ‘Rail Roko’ in the Hotar, Kalyanpur, Joynagar railway stations and ‘chakka jam’ at Ramnagar More and Malancha More (streets) in South 24 Parganas. There were huge rallies at Machhlandpur (PS Habra) and at Hasnabad (PS Hasnabad) in the district.

But the media blackout is admirable.

Protests against Injustice (Arrest) get Mightiest

It’s not any other day when Hindus can get busy with their usual activities; it’s a day to protest against the unethical arrest of Tapan Ghosh, president – Hindu Samhati, ardently and make the government realize the fast changing dimension of Hindus in Bengal.

Gone are the days when Hindus considered that law-abiding yet brawny protests would create the magic – good sense would prevail upon administration and it would rectify the wrong happening to Hindus, consequently.

It’s a different age altogether when peaceful protests fail to deliver anything needful; it’s an age when muscularity is held in highest esteem and all these make political arena give in to radical Muslims.

Centuries of agonies have made Hindus realize that only struggle and not any grace of divinity can help them to create their own destiny. Divine blessings are showered on competent warriors and not on losers.

There is no choice left anymore for Hindus – struggle and emerge victorious or be perished.

Protest against injustices on Hindus and avenge it in the best form.

Furious Hindus protest against Hindu Samhati president’s arrest emphatically

The unethical, vengeful arrest of Tapan Ghosh, president – Hindu Samhati, and the trenchant political highhandedness behind the (entire) vicious design to defame, subdue a law-abiding yet emphatic Hindu voice has stirred up a hornet’s net in several areas of Bengal. Once the news of arresting president, Hindu Samhati reached different regions, Hindus there burst into protest censuring the vindictiveness of police and administration to curb Hindu forces severely.

An assortment of protests, under the aegis of general Hindus, was witnessed in railway stations along with public roads. Hindu Samhati activists, backed by local Hindus in hundreds, barged into several areas, blocked off railway tracks and roads for hours.

In the Sealdah – South section, rail services were jammed for hours. While Kalyan pur Railway Station under the jurisdiction of P.S. Baruipur witnessed a strike for 1 hour, each of Hotor Railway Station under P.S. Mograhat and Joynagar Railway Station under P.S. Joynagar experienced a rail blockade for 30 minutes.

Ramnagar More, main road remaining jam-packed during business hours, under P.S. Baruipur was blocked for 2 hours at a stretch.

Protest marches, attended by hundreds of Hindus, were brought out in Hasnabad Town, P.S. Hasnabad where the main reason of it when explained to common Hindus made them dumbstruck.

Street corner meeting, held in protest to the dastardly act of administration to stamp down Hindu Samhati and its president Sri Tapan Ghosh in particular, in Maslandpur, P.S. Habra drew Hindus of all quarters of life. All of them, young or old, were seen to raise slogans against the anti-Hindu activities of ruling political clique in Bengal.

Tapan Ghosh Arrested

Hindu Samhati Takes On Bengal Government’s Repression

To inhibit the mounting strength of Hindu struggle across Bengal, voicing protestation against rising onslaughts of radical Muslims and awful surrender of indigenous administration to it, Sri Tapan Ghosh, president of Hindu Samhati and also the foremost citadel of Hindu defence in Bengal, has been put behind bars on flimsy ground, stemming from vindictiveness of establishment.

Today, March 14, 2013, around 9.30 am, Sri Ghosh was arrested by P.S. Muchipara, Kolkata, to give final expression to the FIR lodged in P.S. Kultali, District: 24 Paraganas (South) on February 20, 2013, regarding the ghastly incident of Jalaberia where strangely Hindus became the worst victims of coordinated oppressions, launched by Islamists and local police.

What took place in Jalaberia then was an Islamic onslaught with intent to exterminate Hindus there racially and its root is easy to decipher in the Hindu persecution by radical Muslims in village: Naliakhali, where more than 200 Hindu residences were burnt down, Hindus beaten mercilessly by Islamic marauders in broad daylight and before the local police, following the murder of Moulavi, Rohul Kuddus on February 18, 2013 by unidentified gunmen.

Ravage of radical Muslims didn’t remain limited to Naliakhali and its vicinity but went ahead far and wide reaching Jalaberia as well. Not Hindus were tortured here only but their womenfolk were molested also. On February 20, 16 Hindu laborers were abducted by radical Muslims to teach Hindus a new lesson but police concentrated to disperse Hindu mobs protesting the same.

To escape police brutality, Hindus raised a defence, turning into an eyesore to administration and as a way to castigate Hindus, a suit against 37 innocent Hindus including Sri Tapan Ghosh was brought under sections 147/148/149/332/333/353/427/152/153/109/186/507/186/307 I.P.C. & 4 E.S. Act and 3 & 4 P.D.P.P. Act (Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984).

What the administration has failed to comprehend is that this repugnance of theirs, to pacify radical Muslims conforming to the wishes of current state government altogether, to Hindus toughens Hindu Samhati’s resolve to struggle only.

No matter what the colossal hindrances are, Hindu Samahti’s struggle will intensify to usher a new world of light and freedom for Hindus inhabiting the length and breadth of the Indian state of Bengal.

Hindus trounce Radical Muslims in Nimichi, Minkaha

Nimichi, a village falling under the jurisdiction of P.S. Minakha, Block: Minakha, District: 24 Paraganas (North), happens to be an insignificant one but unlike others has the courage to take on radical Muslims whenever necessary.

The whole village and its vicinity, at the moment, is tense owing to the defiance showed by Hindu youths to halt a recently held Islamic Milad at Nimichi RamNarayan School for obvious reasons but it will be wrong to decipher the Hindu-Muslim conflict as a recent and abrupt development only.

On February 28, two Hindu girls were found in a field of village: Nimichi while talking to four Muslim boys. Being conscious of the Islamic barrage of Love Jehad, elders in the village lost no time to inform local Hindu Samhati activists who went there to know the reality. Even if the Hindu girls had fled by then, Muslim boys, found lying and also behaving stealthily, were taken into the Hindu village of Nimichi, in particular to the residences of two Hindu girls. They, following a mild scolding, were set free.

However, Muslim youths, simmering in anger, were the last ones to bypass the incident. On March 2, 2013, while entering examination hall of Bhebia High School for Madhyamik, two of said Muslim youths met a few (aforesaid) Hindu youths (all examinees for Madhyamik examination) and threatened to teach them a lesson. Hindu students, as a result, informed local Hindu Samahti activists. When Hindu youths, at 2.45 pm, were coming out from the examination hall, two Muslim examinees were found to keep reiterating the threat but were soon overpowered by Hindus.

Getting upset by repeated defeats, Muslim students warned that Hindus would be beheaded if they dared to get into the adjoining Muslim-dominated village of Bokchora. What irked Muslim students more was that Hindu youths laughed at them only instead of getting scared stiff. To ridicule Muslims more, Hindu youths even marched through Bokchora and witnessing their valor, Muslims had no option except opting for a peaceful settlement.

On March 5, 2013, at night, Gaudiya Math was robbed in Nimichi making Hindus both smell a rat and infuriating them lots – the act was considered unanimously as a deliberate blow to Hindus by Islamists.

Hindus apprehended that the impending Islamic Milad (on March 6, 2013) would be of a different type; focal point of the gathering would be to teach Hindus a lesson. As a result, on March 5, Hindus in Nimichi pleaded to Headmaster of Nimichi RamNarayan School to control use of microphones in Milad and also to turn the gathering into an educational program (instead of religious) mainly.

On March 6, 2013, at 10.30 am, when Milad was in full swing, a few Hindus (students of the school) tried to enter the school premises but they, being Hindus, were denied permission by both Abdullah, secretary of Milad committee, and a few Muslim youths. An altercation took place soon but Hindus, spirited and joined by more Hindu youths, couldn’t be overwhelmed. Once a Hindu student was attacked, an intense clash took place making the Islamic Milad end abruptly.
Nevertheless, timely appearance of police ended the mounting conflict.

Abdullah, meanwhile, phoned and summoned Islamists from Bokchora to trounce Hindus. Soon, a strong crowd containing 800 Muslims radicals with lethal weapons surfaced in the school premises and went on the rampage. Road was blocked for hours while a few vehicles were also vandalized.

Finding it impossible to tame Hindus at this time, police and administration went for a peace meeting between the two warring groups. The meeting took place at night, on March 6, 2013.

Islamists had lodged FIR against 11 Hindu youths, a few of them happened to be examinees. Avik Ray and Ramaprasad Mandal, two Hindu youths, surrendered to police instead. And both of them have been bailed out by now.

The entire area is yet to attain the cherished peace. Muslims, in the vicinity, are threatening to celebrate the next Milad with beef biryani angering Hindus once more.
